How to submit a price match request:
- Price match requests submitted through email: support@discountmotogear.com
- Provide us with the item(s) in question.
- Provide a link to the site you saw the lower price.
- Make sure you include a link to the exact product page or advertisement on the competitor's website (do not link to the competitor home page or shopping cart).
- After the request is reviewed, we will contact you with instructions on how to place your order.
Eligibility:
- Only advertised prices on available merchandise are matched
- Competitor must be an authorized dealer based in the United States
- eBay auctions are not eligible for price match requests
- Craigslist advertisements are not eligible for price match requests
- Product must be new and in stock in the same model, size, color and year (if applicable)
- Any applicable shipping and/or handling fees, as well as taxes, will be included when calculating the price difference
- Price matched items cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes
- If you have already placed an order with us and found a better, eligible price, we will be happy to price match that price within 30 days of purchase and can offer the difference as store credit.
